Shipping
- Please note that all listings are digital purchases. No physical items will be shipped or mailed to your home.
- If you’d like to learn more about the advantages of purchasing printable artwork and how the process works, please click here. It’s simple, fast, and convenient.
- Purchased digital (printable) designs are delivered as high-resolution JPG and/or PDF files to the email address associated with your order. In most cases, PNG or SVG formats can also be provided upon request.
- As no physical shipping is involved, no shipping fees are incurred.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products — non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods — refunds or exchanges are not available. Once a file has been delivered, it is impossible to determine whether it has been printed or used.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience should you experience any issues with your order, and I will do my utmost to resolve them promptly.
Processing Times
Delivery times vary depending on the type of order:

Instant Download
High-resolution files are available to download directly from the checkout page as soon as payment is confirmed. Backup download links are also sent to your email inbox. -
Size Adjustment Requests
Resized high-resolution files are delivered via email within 2–12 hours, usually much sooner. - Custom / Personalized Orders

- A preview (proof) will be sent to your email inbox within 24 hours of purchase and receipt of all required customization details (as specified in the listing). Minor revisions may be requested.*
- A second preview (if included) will be provided within 12 hours, allowing for final minor adjustments.*
- The final high-resolution artwork will be delivered via email within 2–10 hours after approval.
Custom processing times are often significantly shorter.
* Minor changes may include:
color adjustments; font or type style changes; adding text (in a volume appropriate to the purchased design); removing text or individual graphic elements; resizing text, individual elements, or the overall artwork.
Color Matching
Please note that colors may vary between screens and printed results due to differences in monitor calibration, printer settings, printing methods, and paper type. Variations may also occur depending on the cardstock used.
While these factors are beyond my control, I always take great care to match requested colors as closely as possible. For more complex or textured graphics, provided color charts serve as a guideline only to help achieve the closest possible match.
