How soon will I receive the purchased printable design?
Custom / Personalized Orders
From the moment you provide your custom details, we’ll take care of the rest with speed and care:
- Preview (Proof) – Within 24 hours of purchase, you’ll receive a proof in your email inbox. At this stage, you may request any minor refinements.
- Second Preview (if included) – Delivered within 12 hours. You may request final adjustments to ensure everything is perfect.
- Final High-Resolution Files – Your completed artwork will arrive in your inbox within 2–10 hours after approval, ready for printing.
Note: Custom processing times are often much shorter, as we strive to delight every client promptly.
Instant Download Orders
Your high-resolution files are available immediately from the checkout page once payment is confirmed. Backup download links are also sent directly to your email, so you can access your artwork anytime, effortlessly.
Size Adjustment Requests
Need a different size? Resized high-resolution files will be sent to your inbox within 2–12 hours of your request, usually much sooner, ensuring your artwork fits perfectly wherever you wish to display it.
