License and Personal Use
When you purchase a digital file, you are purchasing a personal use license, not ownership of the work or copyright. This means:
- You may print the files for personal use only and display them in your home or personal space.
- You may print unlimited copies for personal use.
- You may give up to three physical print-outs as gifts per printable design. If you require more than three, please purchase another license.
- You may provide the file to a professional printer strictly for the purpose of printing for your personal use.
Purchase of a file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design. Name Surname retains all rights.
Prohibited Uses
Unless you have obtained express written permission from the owner, you may NOT:
- Resell, reproduce, redistribute, share, or give away the digital files in any form (including email, websites, file sharing, etc.).
- Use the files in any website, banner, blog, logo, or other promotional material.
- Sell physical products made using the files (e.g., prints, merchandise) or use them in products meant for digital or physical sale.
- Alter the design and forward it to another designer for customization or use.
- Claim any part of the designs as your own work.
These restrictions are consistent with standard personal use licensing for digital art files.
Commercial Use & Licensing
Commercial use is not included with a standard purchase.
If you wish to use any designs for commercial purposes (e.g., selling products featuring the artwork), please contact me for licensing details.
